Job summary

Sir Grout is seeking skilled technicians to restore tile, grout, and stone surfaces in residential and commercial properties in Westchester County, NY. This full-time, day-shift role offers stable, year-round work with no nights or Sundays, and paid training.

Base pay ranges from $20–$25 per hour, with weekly bonuses that can bring total compensation to $30–$35 per hour for top performers. You’ll operate restoration equipment, maintain tools and vehicle, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Dependable and detail-oriented with a pride in workmanship.
• Must be able to lift 40–50 lbs and be on your feet all day.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Paid training provided to all new technicians.

Responsibilities

• Restore tile, grout, and stone surfaces in residential and commercial properties.
• Perform color sealing, caulking, and minor repairs.
• Operate professional restoration equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and identify add-on opportunities.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and job site to company standards.
