Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. in El Paso, TX is seeking a team member to operate the glaze line and inspect tile during manufacturing. This role requires adhering to procedures, maintaining quality, and communicating clearly with team members in a fast-paced setting.

You will perform hourly quality control checks, report issues to supervision, use powered industrial trucks to move glaze, and keep a safe, organized workstation. Shifts include Wednesday 12:00 AM–6:00 AM and Thursday–Saturday 6:00 PM–6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing/production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate glaze line equipment and inspect tile.
• Perform hourly quality checks.
• Operate powered industrial trucks to move glaze.
• Follow established operating procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Report problems to supervisor and keep records accurate.
