Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Glaze Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate the glaze line and inspect tiles to ensure quality throughout the production process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or experience in manufacturing/production.
• Manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to keep accurate records.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and speak basic English.

Responsibilities

• Operates glaze line and inspects tiles for quality.
• Monitors glaze line equipment and reports issues to supervisor.
• Performs hourly quality control checks to ensure specifications.
• Operates powered industrial trucks to move glaze and tiles.
• Follows operating procedures and maintains a clean, safe work area.
• Performs other related duties as required.
