Travel-Based Work – Join a crew that travels nationwide resetting Floor & Decor locations.
Bi-Weekly or Daily Pay Options + Per Diem – Choose what works best for you: get paid bi-weekly or sign up for daily pay. We also provide a daily per diem and mileage reimbursement.
Project Completion Bonus – Earn an additional $100–$500 at the end of each project for showing up every day, on time, and completing the project within the scheduled dates. Bonus amount is based on project scope.
Team Culture – Travel and work alongside a crew that values loyalty, consistency, and high standards.
Job Stability – No seasonal layoffs. We keep you working year-round.

Professionally install floor and wall tile in showroom displays.
Execute store resets and renovations to update store layouts.
Perform demolition, carpentry, and detailed finish work.
Follow blueprints and tile layout plans with precision.

Maintain a clean and safe job site and represent our values to retail clients.
Submit progress updates via mobile app/project tracker.
Entry-Level Tile Setters:
1+ year of tile installation or flooring experience
2+ years in general construction or trades
Reliable transportation and ability to travel nationwide
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Lead Tile Setters:
4+ years of tile, flooring, or finish work experience
2+ years managing or training a team
Trim carpentry experience a plus
Comfortable with job tracking and digital tools
