Job summary

The role requires training new hires on safety and operational procedures, as well as working closely with the maintenance team and performing essential machine operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols throughout the plant.
• Help maintain a safe working environment in Additional Finishes.
• Follow certified Quality Management System for finishing operations.
• Perform Lock/Tag/Test audits and assist in weekly safety training.
• Ensure product specifications are maintained throughout the department.
• Review PM and lubrication products.
• Assist supervisor with operations coordination.
• Train new hires on safety, quality policy, and equipment operations.
• Work with maintenance team on operator care programs.
• Fill-in for various job functions as needed.
• Operate loader and unloader machines and perform basic maintenance.
• Assist in water treatment and application of chemical products.
