TikTok Shop - Product Manager - Shipping Experience User Growth

Responsibilities

About the team
We are seeking a senior product leader to join our US TikTok Shopping customer User Growth team. The User Growth team plays a core role in the acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention of billions of users worldwide. We are building platforms, leveraging data & ML models, and providing end-to-end solutions to support the global growth of TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute scalable growth strategies for TikTok Shop (E-commerce), focusing on regional peculiarities.
  2. Define and improve key customer engagement metrics, such as conversion rates, engagement rates, ROI, Subsidy Rates, Cart Build, etc.
  3. Create the roadmap for TikTok Shop's shipping subsidy programs in the U.S. from inception to implementation.
  4. Use customer and operational insights to innovate shopping experiences, aiming to engage, retain, and satisfy customers while promoting business growth.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success, managing budgets effectively.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, economics, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Experience in team management and responsibility for core business metrics.
  • Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for understanding diverse user demands.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in related fields.
  • 5+ years in E-commerce or tech operations.
  • Experience with subscription or loyalty programs is a plus.
  • SQL familiarity is a plus.
