Job summary

Influenceish is seeking a hands-on TikTok Shop Operator to manage day-to-day operations across multiple accounts and coordinate in‑house livestreams from our Vista, CA studio. This in‑office, full-time role involves driving promotions, monitoring performance, and collaborating with account managers, creators, and livestream hosts to deliver results.

You’ll troubleshoot issues, help launches, and maintain organized, efficient studio operations while staying aligned with client goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok Shop, e-commerce, social commerce, or digital marketing preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple TikTok Shop accounts, monitor listings, inventory, promotions and shop performance.
• Coordinate and support daily TikTok Shop livestreams from our in-house studio; prepare products, promotions and setups.
• Collaborate with account managers, creators and livestream hosts; maintain accurate account information and reporting; ensure workflows are followed.
