Details: must be able to work onsite mon-thurs,15-29 hours a week, this is a paid opportunityWe’re looking for a highly motivated, creative, and organized intern to join our TikTok Shop team! This is a full-time internship opportunity for Summer/Fall with potential to continue ongoing. Perfect for someone who lives on TikTok Shop, enjoys online communities, and wants hands-on experience in the fast-growing world of social commerce and livestream selling.What You’ll Do* Help manage and engage with our creator communities across Discord and Lark* Build strong relationships with creators, affiliates, and LIVE streamers* Monitor community chats and help answer creator questions in a timely manner* Support creator onboarding, outreach, and follow-up communication* Help identify and source new untapped TikTok Shop creators for affiliate outreach* Research emerging LIVE creators and affiliates with strong TikTok Shop potential* Assist with LIVE campaign coordination, giveaways, and creator activations* Help track creator participation and campaign performance* Monitor TikTok trends, viral products, and emerging creators* Support product launches and special campaign initiativesWhat We’re Looking For* Passion for TikTok, social media, creator marketing, and online communities* Strong communication and organizational skills* Someone who is proactive, personable, and comfortable chatting with creators daily* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment* Familiarity with Discord, Lark, TikTok Shop, or affiliate marketing is a huge plus* Highly organized with strong attention to detail* Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for tracking creator performance, outreach, and campaign organization* Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication across creator communities and internal teamsBonus Points If You* Have experience moderating or managing online communities* Have experience creating TikTok content* Understand TikTok trends, LIVE selling, or e-commerce* Are highly active on social media platforms yourself* Spanish-speaking is a major plusBloom is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
