Job description

humann was founded to revolutionize how you look at your heart health by putting your cardiovascular system at the center. The TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager will be a key contributor to the growth of our DTC business through affiliate and creator strategy and execution on TikTok.

This position reports to the VP of Integrated Marketing Campaigns and works closely with individuals across the Brand, Product, and Consumer Marketing teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage TikTok Shop affiliate and creator program to meet sales targets.
2. Build and maintain relationships with TikTok influencers, affiliates, and content creators, including recruitment and onboarding.
3. Develop training materials and resources for affiliates to optimize their performance.
4. Create and implement marketing campaigns to recruit new affiliates and enhance existing partnerships.
5. Work with content creators to develop engaging content and campaigns that resonate with their audience.
6. Monitor and optimize affiliate performance metrics and suggest improvements to drive more traffic to TikTok Shop.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless affiliate tracking and payment processes.
8. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing on TikTok and TikTok Shop.

3. 1+ year experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing.
4. Experience working with affiliate networks and managing influencer partnerships.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
6. Proven track record of growing affiliate programs.

Work Location

1. Austin, TX. Local or TX-based candidates highly preferred.

Special Requirements

1. Travel to support events and other activities, up to 25%.
