Job Title: Social Media Manager

Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Fully Remote

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead brand’s presence on TikTok. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with TikTok trends, has experience growing accounts organically, and can produce engaging short-form video content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Grow social media channels [TikTok, Instagram, Facebook] reach out to creators, negotiate percentages, and grow daily with more and more creators. manage contact, etc.
  • Create, edit, and publish daily/weekly TikTok videos that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor trends, sounds, and challenges, and leverage them to produce viral content.
  • Collaborate with influencers or creators to expand reach.
  • Analyze performance metrics (views, likes, shares, engagement rate) and optimize content accordingly.
  • Manage TikTok community engagement (respond to comments, DMs, etc.).
  • Stay updated with platform updates and algorithm changes.
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing, creative, and product teams.
  • Proven experience managing TikTok and other social media platforms for a brand, influencer, or agency.
  • Strong video editing skills using in-app tools or third-party software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).
  • A deep understanding of TikTok culture, humor, and trends.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver consistently on tight deadlines.
