Responsibilities

• Oversee lifestyle creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to improve content production efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow creators, increase engagement, and explore monetization opportunities.
• Manage partnerships, analyze performance metrics, and ensure platform compliance to support creator success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with over 2 years of operation-related experience; experience in lifestyle business is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and empathy skills; deep understanding of creator and KOL operation methodologies.
• Excellent negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to organize influential events.
• Logical thinking, strong execution, data analysis skills, self-motivation, and resilience under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a global or international team.
• Preferred locations include New York, Seattle, and Los Angeles.

Job Details

Salary Range: $88,000 - $248,400 annually, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Additional bonuses, incentives, and stock options may apply.
