Job summary

Bohme is seeking a TikTok Live & Shop Coordinator to lead our TikTok presence, planning and hosting Lives while supporting TikTok Shop operations, affiliates, and creator relationships. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, can engage an audience in real time, and articulate fashion product details to convert viewers into customers.

Qualifications

• Comfortable and engaging on camera.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Live, and social commerce.
• Experience with TikTok Shop and/or Lives preferred.
• Comfortable talking about fashion, styling, fit, and products.
• Ability to think quickly and interact with viewers in real time.
• Organized and able to prepare products, talking points, and promotions ahead of Lives.
• Understanding of social media trends and TikTok culture.

Responsibilities

• Host and lead regular TikTok Lives for Bohme.
• Be comfortable and confident speaking and selling on camera.
• Plan Live schedules, themes, featured products, promotions, and talking points.
• Prepare products and outfits ahead of each Live.
• Learn product details, fit, sizing styling, and key selling points.
• Engage with viewers in real time and answer product and sizing questions.
• Keep Lives energetic, conversational, and aligned with the Bohme brand.
• Highlight new arrivals, best sellers, promotions, and key products.
• Coordinate products, formats, and selling strategies to perform best.
• Continuously test ways to improve Live viewership's and sales.
• Stay current on TikTok Live trends, features, and best practices.
• Support day-to-day management of the Bohme TikTok Shop.
• Ensure products featured during Lives are properly listed, linked, and available.
• Help maintain product listings, inventory, promotions, and product availability.
• Coordinate TikTok Shop promotions with upcoming Lives and product launches.
• Troubleshoot basic shop or product-linking issues.
• Help recruit and communicate with TikTok Shop affiliates and creators.
• Send product recommendations and campaign information to creators; identify strong-performing creators and potential Live collaborations.
• Track affiliate performance and creator-generated sales.
• Participate in content creation when needed.
• Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and social teams on launches and promotions.
