Our client is seeking TikTok Creator and Affiliate Manager to lead creator recruitment, performance, and strategy—driving real revenue, not just likes.

Responsibilities:

  • Scout, vet, and sign creators who fit each brand’s voice and margin goals
  • Write concise briefs that turn hooks and offers into high-converting videos
  • Review weekly performance, deliver clear feedback, and scale winning content
  • Surface emerging TikTok trends and feed ideas to creators and ads teams
  • Own contracts, payments, and creator accountability
  • Capture and systemise learnings into a reusable playbook
  • 1+ year in creator/influencer, affiliate, or social-commerce marketing
  • Deep grasp of TikTok content mechanics and e-commerce KPIs (CTR, CVR, AOV)
  • Exceptional written English and communication skills
  • Comfort with Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets
  • Self-managed remote work with reliable overlap during UK hours
  • Direct TikTok Shop experience
  • Copywriting or basic video-editing skills is a plus
  • Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle DTC background
