What You’ll Own:

• Manage and scale TikTok ad campaigns focused on lead generation for services
• Optimize daily toward CPL and downstream sales performance
• Monitor spend closely — no wasted budget, no “let it run and see”
• Identify winning angles and brief creative direction to our team
• Analyze performance data and make fast, decisive optimizations
• Speak with clients to explain strategy and performance

What We’re Actually Looking For:

• 2+ years running TikTok ads (not just organic or creative)
• Proven experience generating leads (not just engagement or traffic)
• Strong understanding of:
• CPL targets
• Conversion flow
• Funnel performance (not just top‑of‑funnel metrics)
• Data-driven — you make decisions based on numbers, not opinions
• You understand how TikTok behaves differently from Meta (and adjust accordingly)
• You’re primarily a content creator or UGC strategist
• You’ve never been responsible for spend + results
• You've only ever run ads for e-comm or products
• You focus on views, CTR, or engagement without tying to revenue
• You’re a freelancer, agency, or juggling multiple clients (We’re building a focused internal team)
