Cheeca Lodge & Spa in Islamorada seeks a dynamic Full-Time Bartender to elevate island-inspired hospitality across our two lively Tiki Pool Bars. Bring energy, expert beverage knowledge, and a friendly, guest-focused approach to every interaction.

You will lead bar operations, craft signature cocktails, manage orders with efficiency, and maintain a spotless, welcoming environment while upholding the highest service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Previous bartending experience in a reputable establishment.
• Strong English communication and food/beverage service knowledge.
• No head/neck/face tattoos or facial piercings.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests using their names to create a personalized experience.
• Offer knowledge on beers, wines, and island-inspired cocktails.
• Efficiently take and execute drink and food orders.
• Maintain a clean, professional bar area and friendly demeanor.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Uphold cleanliness and inventory management.
