Responsibilities

• Execute welding operations with emphasis on quality; validate and inspect all products before passing for inspection.
• Work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining machinery in optimal state.
• Leverage TIG welding to assemble metal products and ensure tools are returned post-project.
• Communicate challenges to supervisor and apply problem-solving for manufacturing hurdles.
• Lead discussions on workflow efficiencies and propose improvements to Lean process team leader.
• Navigate the E2 management system to align with company guidelines.
• Adapt to additional responsibilities as required, enforcing safety in all operations.
• Champion project timeline adherence and ensure all deliverables meet customer and quality expectations.
