Job Opening: TIG Welder

Location: Near Lake Mills, just a short drive from Fort Atkinson

Position: TIG Welder (Mid-level or Skilled)

Requirements: Completion of TIG weld and blueprint tests prior to hire; willingness to learn and adapt

Wage: $24-26/hr, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM; includes paid lunch breaks

Responsibilities include:

1. Perform TIG and MIG welding with fixtures
2. Collaborate with lead welder on task planning
3. Read drawings, weld symbols, and blueprints
4. Assist with assembly
5. Help load and unload trucks as needed
