Mott Corporation, an IDEX Corporation business, is seeking a TIG welder for night shift in Farmington, CT. You will weld to precise specifications, prepare components, and maintain MES welding qualifications in a cleanroom setting.

We value attention to detail, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Compensation includes $22–$26 per hour with a 15% differential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience with TIG welding.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, prints and specifications.
• Understanding of quality and cleanliness requirements in manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Perform welding operations to detailed specifications and engineering requirements.
• Maintain qualification to Mott MES welding specifications.
• Adhere to safety requirements and maintain cleanroom standards.
