Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two-year vocational welding program or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and AWS welding symbols.
• Experience with TIG/MIG welding processes.

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex blueprints, manufacturing drawings and AWS welding symbols.
• Set up welding equipment in accordance with WPS.
• Perform advanced welding activities with minimal instructions and supervision.
• Maintain equipment and observe safety procedures.
• Complete welds according to AWS codes and blueprint requirements.
