Job summary

MAPerformance in Wrightstown, WI is seeking a Fabricator Welder for our materials & production team. You will cut, fit, and TIG-weld pipes and components, following safety and quality standards and using a range of fabrication tools.

The role requires previous TIG welding experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work Monday–Friday 3:30pm–12:00am onsite. Join a fast-paced shop focused on precision and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Tig welding experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with fabrication equipment and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Cut, fit, and weld components using pre-made jigs.
• Tig weld fabrications to specification.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Identify non-conforming materials and complete paperwork.
• Operate tools like TIG welder, plasma cutter, bandsaw, and chop saw.
