Qualifications

• Must read blueprints, setup sheets and routing instructions.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with TIG welding and weld testing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Weld production orders and components using TIG processes.
• Read setup sheets, routing packages and blueprints for parts.
• Determine required tooling and ensure proper setup requirements are followed.
• Operate welding equipment to complete production runs.
• Perform quality inspections and stay within tolerance.
• Document production records including scrap or rework; move parts with pallet jack.
