Job summary

Hanover Iron Works, Inc. is seeking a TIG Welder - Aluminum/Stainless to join our fabrication team. You will weld and finish metal components using TIG welding and grinding to meet quality and project specifications.

Ideal candidates bring experience welding aluminum and stainless, read blueprints, measure with tape, and adapt to a fast-changing schedule. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, competitive salary, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tig welding of Aluminum and Stainless Steel.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals and procedures.
• Experience using tape measures and hand tools.
• Knowledge of fabrication and layout tools.
• Ability to perform basic math and geometry.

Responsibilities

• TIG weld Aluminum and Stainless Handrails.
• Use angle grinder and finishing tools to achieve the specified finish.
• Operate cold saw, band saw, pipe-notcher and grinder.
• Operate overhead crane and forklift as required.
