Responsibilities

• Meet and perform all TIG welder requirements. Weld as schedule dictates.
• Operates equipment to fabricate parts and sheet metal as needed.
• Assists in training new employees.
• Monitors schedules and requests adjustments from supervisor as necessary.
• Makes adjustments to equipment or process as necessary and within procedures.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area and meets daily production schedules.
