Qualifications

• Experience welding and finishing assemblies per customer requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret welding symbols.
• Maintain GMP compliance and follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up weld machine with proper gas and wire.
• Organize weld components in workstation using forklift or hoist.
• Prepare material surfaces and ensure cleanliness before welding.
• Check welding components for defects and alignment before welds.
• Read and interpret blueprints to complete welds as specified.
• Weld components with proper technique to meet requirements and tolerances.
• Remove slag and spatter from finished welds and inspect quality.
• Report issues to supervisor and maintain production pace.
