A TIG welder is a skilled professional whoprecisely joins metal pieces together using a tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding technique, translating blueprints into functional structures by performing intricate welding tasks on various metals, often in industries like aerospace, construction, and manufacturing, requiring a high level of precision and attention to detail.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• TIG welding and fabrication experience or combination of TIG welding experience with certification
• Ability to fabricate from blueprints, drawings and templates
• Knowledge of standard weld symbols and standards.
• High school education, GED or equivalent (Preferred)
• Proven measurement and mathematical fraction / decimal conversion skills using a tape measure and calipers
