Job Title: TIG Welder

Shift: 1st

Location: Wyoming, MI

Pay: $20 - $25/hour

Responsible for welding a variety of materials including stainless steel and aluminum using the TIG welding process. This role requires attention to detail, a steady hand, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities: Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning as needed Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals

Qualifications: 2+ years of TIG welding experience (entry-level applicants with training considered) Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Familiarity with weld gauges and measurement tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Welding certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
