Job Title: Production Welder I (2nd Shift)
Location: Simi Valley, CA
Shift: 2nd Shift
Pay Rate: $25.78/hour (plus a 10% shift differential)

Job Description:

As a Production Welder I, you will perform routine welding and fitting tasks under minimal supervision. You’ll contribute to the creation and maintenance of welding/fitting procedures that support product and process improvement initiatives. This role requires a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment with the ultimate goal of zero accidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various types of weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations.
• Manufacture and assemble metal fabrications, including ferrous and non-ferrous materials, using provided equipment and processes.
• Assemble fabricated and mechanical components, structures, and vessels according to mechanical drawings.
• Maintain consistent standards of work and performance in compliance with regulatory and Quality Assurance standards.
• Ensure the maintenance of a safe work environment that meets safety objectives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of product improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement in function, efficiency, and quality.
• Adhere to regular attendance requirements and work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and additional hours, as necessary.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience ().
