Job summary

Excalibur Research Development & Manufacturing seeks experienced TIG Welders in Cedar Park, TX. You will TIG weld aluminum and stainless steel, read drawings, and weld to exact specifications.

You will work closely with fabrication and assembly teams, maintain quality, safety, and a clean work area, and take pride in efficient craftsmanship.

Hours are Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM. We provide paid time off, paid holidays, and supplied uniforms to support a reliable, hardworking team.

Qualifications

• Experienced with TIG welding aluminum and stainless steel.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel components.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Fit, tack, and weld fabricated parts to specification.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and appearance.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Grind, finish, and prepare welds when required.
• Work closely with fabrication and assembly teams to meet production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

We serve a wide range of industries by producing high-quality custom fabricated components and assemblies.

DUTIES

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel components.
• Must be able to maintain a steady, efficient work pace to meet daily production requirements and deadlines without compromising weld quality or safety.
