Schedule: Monday- Thursday from 5am-3:30pm with Friday's as overtime.

We’re looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have proven experience in welding, with a strong focus on TIG processes. You’ll be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures according to blueprints and customer specifications. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to top-quality welds and plays a key part in the ongoing success of our products.

Responsibilities :

• Perform precise TIG welding on a variety of metals, ensuring the highest quality in every weld.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately understand project specifications.
• Assemble and fabricate metal components in accordance with project requirements and customer standards.
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments, including micrometers and tape measures, to verify accuracy and maintain quality control.
• Collaborate effectively with team members on-site to complete projects safely, on time, and to specification.

Skills :

• Proficient in TIG welding techniques with a strong understanding of metal properties and welding processes.
• Experience in sheet metal work and fabrication, ensuring precise and durable assemblies.
• Familiarity with machining processes and skilled use of hand tools for assembly tasks.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet project specifications accurately.
