Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of industrial pipe welding experience.
• Strong proficiency in TIG (GTAW) welding.
• Ability to pass a B31.3 weld test to X-ray standards.
• Solid blueprint and welding symbol interpretation skills.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Physically able to lift materials and work in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG (GTAW) pipe welding.
• Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper piping systems.
• Produce welds that meet B31.3 code requirements and pass X-ray inspection.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Prepare pipe and materials for welding, including fit-up and tack welding.
• Operate welding equipment and power tools safely.
• Work closely with pipefitters and field crews.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures.
