Shift & Pay:

1. 1st: 6am-2:30pm - $20-$28/hr DOE
2. 2nd: 2pm-10:30pm - $20-$28/hr DOE

Qualifications:

• The candidate must show the ability to fabricate complex signage.
• Minimum of 3+ years of sign fabrication and welding experience.
• Experience in metal fabrication, especially aluminum and steel.
• Proficient in TIG/MIG Welding; also experience using hand or power tools.
• Ability to read prints/drawings, accurately measure and cut aluminum and steel is required.
• Experience using fabrication tools such as press brakes, shears, and hand tools.
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivated with leadership skills.
• Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to implement creative ideas for continuous improvement.
• Open to working overtime or weekends when required.

Responsibilities:

• Reports to: Operations Manager.
• Responsible for fabricating all of our signage that requires metal fabrication and welding.
• Must be comfortable with TIG & MIG Welding to complete the work in the department.
• Ability to fabricate and weld complex signage without supervision, such as: Pylons, Monuments, Custom Fabrication Designs.
• Additional requirements include other trades such as fabrication, plastic vinyl, etc.
• Actively participates in Lean and 5S initiatives.
• Maintains the highest ethical standards and effectively communicates with team members.
• Performs other duties as required.
