Job summary

Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions is seeking an IT Desktop Support professional in Colorado to install, maintain and troubleshoot staff hardware and software. The role emphasizes reliable, user-focused service and on-going staff training to keep systems running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of enterprise desktop support experience, strong Windows/Office skills, and a valid Colorado MVR.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or applicable work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience providing desktop support in an enterprise setting.
  • Must possess an MVR in good standing in the state of Colorado with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot workstation hardware, software, peripherals, and corporate phone systems for staff.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to staff on desktop applications and systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues encountered by the team.
  • Manage and maintain IT asset inventory to ensure staff have needed technology.
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with IT to rollout new technologies and software.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support, about once a month.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This position pays $33.70 - $41.10 / hour based on relevant experience.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or applicable work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience providing desktop support in an enterprise setting.
  • Must possess an MVR in good standing in the state of Colorado with reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications
  • Experience with networking and security protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

  • Position requires light physical work.
  • Lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 10 pounds frequently and/or up to 30 pounds occasionally.
  • Rotating weekend and on call shifts - usually 1 time per month
  • Interacts with residents, family members and visitors on occasion, but does not support those users from an IT perspective.
