Job summary

Sequentur is seeking a Help Desk Engineer for its MSP services in the DC Metro area. The role requires travel to client sites for onsite support and the ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a helpdesk role with Tier 2+ support experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and Teams. Strong customer service and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in a helpdesk environment.
• Experience providing Tier 2+ helpdesk support at client sites.
• Strong hands-on technical experience across Microsoft Azure/SharePoint/Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients.
• Serve as trusted advisor and respond promptly with rapid resolution.
• Must be able to commute to client sites in the Metro DC area as needed.
