Job summary

ShorePoint, LLC in Washington, DC, is seeking a cybersecurity professional to join our fast-growing SOC team. You'll review and respond to tickets escalated from Tier 1 analysts, analyze threat intelligence, and support incident detection across unclassified and classified environments.

You’ll investigate alerts, document findings, and collaborate with peers to improve detection workflows and SOC processes, contributing to continuous improvement and ensuring robust protection for our customers.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles, SOC operations and incident response.
• Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence and its application in SOC workflows.
• Experience investigating alerts and supporting incident detection.
• Ability to resolve moderately complex technical issues with limited supervision.
• Understanding of both classified and unclassified operational environments.

Responsibilities
