Job summary

Bruckner Truck & Equipment is seeking an experienced diesel technician to advance through Tier 1 with expanded online and off-site training. The role emphasizes mastery of air, fuel, and after-treatment systems, plus leadership of Tier 2 and 3 technicians.

Candidates should have strong diagnostic abilities, be committed to safety, and pursue ASE certifications. The position supports extensive training paths across Mack, Volvo, Cummins, and related brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better in communication.
• Technical/mechanical training preferred.
• ASE certification bonus and DOT/commercial DL knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced repairs on diesel systems with high efficiency and quality.
• Lead and train Tier 2 & 3 technicians when needed.
• Diagnose and repair advanced electronic, lighting, and electrical systems.
• Complete Tier 2 & Tier 3 requirements and pursue required certifications.
