Job Description

We are seeking a NIH OD Tier 1 Help Desk Support Analyst to join our team of industry professionals, with significant opportunities for advancement. The NIH Project Manager oversees health IT, consulting, and software development projects at the National Institute of Health (NIH), managing contracts, fostering team accountability, and driving account growth.

The successful candidate will manage help desk support for over 3000 end users, providing timely assistance, following SOP and ITIL practices, and meeting SLA requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide help desk support for 3000+ end users
  • Provide desk side assistance to executives within 2 hours
  • Follow SOP and ITIL practices
  • Meet SLA requirements for help desk resolution
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year in help desk support
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or technical field
  • Recent certifications such as Apple Certified Macintosh Technician, CompTIA A+, Network+, Linux+, or similar
  • Experience with NIH, Federal Health IT agencies, or research institutions is a plus
