Shifts include 1st, 2nd and 3rd with base pay of $17.50/hour; a $1.50 raise after 90 days is noted, and 2nd/3rd shifts offer additional shift premium. Weekend/overtime may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a national background check.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Able to operate a forklift safely in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Automotive or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move automotive parts and materials throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, stage, and transport materials as directed.
• Supply production lines with necessary materials.
• Inspect materials and loads for damage.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform daily forklift inspections.
• Work efficiently to support production requirements.
