Ticket Sellers - $15/hr

Ticket Sellers are among the first points of contact with fairgoers. They work in temperature-controlled booths, handling cash and credit card transactions for general admission tickets.

Position Responsibilities:

• Selling gate admission tickets at the entrances
• Assisting guests at ticket booths and resolving issues
• Familiarizing with all applicable discount days and times
• Answering basic questions about the fair
• Reconciling received money

Position Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Basic familiarity with electronic equipment (cash registers, POS systems, touchscreen devices)
• Cash handling and math skills
