About the Role

This is a front-line customer service position during events at Chartway Arena and ODU Athletic facilities. Responsibilities include assisting customers with ticket sales, handling phone inquiries, processing transactions, and providing high-level customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Selling event tickets to patrons.
2. Working customer service and will call windows.
3. Answering phone inquiries.
4. Working at various arena events and athletic games.
5. Reconciling daily sales.
6. Providing accurate information to patrons.
7. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience.
• Prior sales and customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Punctuality and ability to work independently under pressure.

Additional Information

Pay rate: $17.00/hour.
