Our high-energy approach collaborates with over 30 collegiate and professional sport clients, offering solutions in ticket sales, operations, sponsorship, and annual giving.

Position Overview: The Ticket Sales and Operations Associate at NIU will manage ticket operations and box office duties, actively participate in outbound ticket sales, handle revenue reporting, customer service, and inventory management, and work closely with fans to promote sales through season and group tickets.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell tickets for Football, Basketball, and other events via phone and face-to-face, including season tickets, flex packages, group tickets, and premium options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with fans.
  • Manage ticket system functions, generate reports, track revenue, and oversee inventory.
  • Lead and schedule gameday box office staff and student workers.
  • Represent the athletics program and university with integrity.
  • Work on campus daily and attend community meetings.
  • Work evenings and weekends, especially during home games, in various capacities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Marketing or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience in ticket operations, preferably in a college athletics setting.
  • Leadership skills to manage gameday staff and student workers.
  • Full-time availability.
