A dine-in cinema company is seeking a Front of House Team Member in Bakersfield, California. As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll provide exceptional service in a clean, safe environment, ensuring Guests have unforgettable experiences. Whether greeting, serving, or maintaining the atmosphere, you’ll help create the memorable moments that keep Guests coming back.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide Guests with exceptional service in a safe and clean environment.
  • Engage and educate Guests about SMG.
  • Greet each Guest, understand their needs, process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, provide correct change, and thank them for their business.
  • Safeguard all cash, receipts, and tickets to maintain security.
  • Enforce movie rating guidelines courteously and professionally.
  • Distribute and verify the proper functioning of 3D glasses, ensuring Guests understand how to use them, if applicable.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment for both staff and Guests.
  • Take on additional duties and opportunities as assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • At least 1 year of previous hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal or written)
  • Must maintain a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6 to 9 hours)
  • Ability to frequently bend, kneel, reach or twist.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Adherence to proper work attire standards and personal hygiene.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
