As a TicketChecker, you will play an essential role in creating an experience of a lifetime for our guests on the Lift Experience Team. The Lift Experience Team's mission is to provide employees and guests with a seamless end-to-end experience from maze entrance to lift unloading.AsaTicketChecker, you will primarily work in the lift mazes by greeting guests by name andvalidatingtheir access every time. You will play a unique role at our resorts by providing a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring our products' integrity.
Job Specifications:

Job Responsibilities:
Deliver premium guest service by providing information and assistance with a smile
Validate tickets to ensure our guests have their own valid product before loading our lifts
Work cooperatively with Lift Operators and other teams to ensure lift lines are safely managed and lifts are loaded efficiently
Maintain and secure departmental equipment - scan devices, radios, etc.
Escalate issues to leadership as they arise, from safety to products
Learn the proper operation of lift and related equipment
Follow and perform all company and departmental policies and procedures
Implement emergency procedures as required, including contacting Patrol
Ensure lift is ready for operations prior to set up of maze; set up/disassemble lift maze daily according to maze standards
Maintain a safe work area and cleanliness of lift shacks; remove trash when necessary
A Ticket Checker team member is a flexible employee within the Lift Experience department who takes on additional training to support lift operations
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must be able to communicate fluently in English
Must be able to work outdoors in all types of inclement weather, standing and moving for entire shift on potentially slippery or uneven surfaces. May need to provide some of their own gear
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
Must be able to handle high guest volumes in a professional manner

A TicketChecker team member is a flexible employee who often takes onadditionaltraining to work across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:
Lift Operations (18 or older)
Mountain Activities
Retail Rental operations
Food and Beverage Support
Ticket sales
Base Area Operation
The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
