Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a scientific discipline with three years of related experience.
  • Experience handling mice and small animal procedures.
  • Molecular biology techniques including RNA/DNA isolation and PCR.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and executes complex research projects.
  • Collaborates with PI on hypotheses and approach.
  • Solve methodological problems and develop protocols.
  • Plan long-range supplies and equipment requirements.
  • Analyze data and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate lab renovations and purchasing.
  • Prepare scientific reports and proposals.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
