Job description

HCLTech is seeking a highly talented and self-motivated TIBCO EBX Architect to join our team. This role involves leading the implementation of EBX, a market-leading multi-domain, multi-vector Master Data Management software, to manage and govern master data, reference data, and metadata across organizations.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing thought leadership in EBX solutions, including architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation.
  2. Leading discovery workshops, analyzing hardware/software specifications, and supporting hardware/software integration.
  3. Collaborating with clients on data management, virtualization, quality, and analytics.
  4. Developing high-quality, production-ready solutions independently.
  5. Managing all aspects of feature implementation from design to deployment, support, and maintenance.
  6. Coordinating onshore and offshore teams, supporting testing, and guiding solution deployments.
  7. Managing customer expectations and delivering successful business outcomes.
  8. Monitoring project quality and timeliness with team members and managers.
  9. Estimating project costs, preparing proposals, and contributing to solution delivery planning.
  10. Travel may be required based on organizational or client needs.

Qualifications: TOGAF certification is desirable but not essential.

Pay Range: $152,000 - $210,000 per year, based on skills and experience.
