  • Integrate automation equipment with manufacturing execution systems (MES), vision systems, and third-party hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve controls-related issues during equipment buyoff, production ramp-up, and ongoing production support.
  • Support factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT) to verify that systems meet functional and safety requirements.
  • Review, redline, and update electrical and pneumatic schematics, and deliver accurate as-built documentation at project completion.
  • Tune and validate process parameters to ensure stable, reliable operation and effective handoff to production teams.
  • Use Siemens TIA Portal to program, commission, and debug automation equipment through production release.

  • Ability to tune and optimize process parameters for stable production operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following industry codes and safety standards.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams during buyoff, ramp, and production support.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on‑site to commission and debug complex automation systems.
