Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of construction project management or consulting experience.
• Experience with commercial tenant improvement projects preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain members to support compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and assist in managing critical milestone activities to avoid delays.
• Support the implementation of effective project governance, processes, and systems.
• Contribute to best practices across all assigned projects.
• Prepare formal project status reports and other required documentation.
• Monitor progress to ensure design standards are followed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and consultants through reporting tools and meetings.
• Help manage project information flow via communication and documentation.
• Support forecasting and updating key milestones.
• Assist in aligning local design teams with project requirements.
• Provide general technical support to owners, architects, contractors, and regional stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to RFIs from the field.
• Support cost control, value engineering, and constructability reviews as needed.
• Review project docs including reports, drawings, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Assist in client relationship management and identify future opportunities.
• Contribute to strategic thinking aligning with client and business goals.
• Capture lessons learned for future reference and identify process improvements.
• Support business development with existing and new clients.
