Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to train clinicians on THV technology, support case preparation, and advance patient outcomes across the United States. After extensive training, you will travel frequently within an assigned territory to deliver hands-on education and ensure site readiness.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of medical device/THV/Cath Lab or acute care clinical experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in valve crimping, case management, pre- and post-case planning, and clinical education programs.
• Implement sales and educational materials for clinicians; validate software and hardware updates in the field.
• Plan and implement growth strategies within focused accounts in partnership with Sales Management.
• Develop clinical champions among customers to advocate THV products.
• Collaborate with clinicians to deliver training and educational materials to drive THV utilization.
• Educate physicians and staff to reach expert proficiency in THV procedures for positive outcomes.
• Attend implants, prepare devices, and crimp Sapien valve; support physicians and manage complaint handling as needed.
• Support cases outside assigned region as needed.
• Partner with Territory Managers to develop site selection criteria; coordinate with proctor and sales for trainings.
• Collaborate on THV therapy growth through therapy awareness programs.
• Assist in development of THV procedures in Cardiology and Surgery.
