Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a clinical specialist to support hospital procedures and ensure safe, compliant device usage. You will certify centers and staff, educate physicians and hospital teams, and develop training curricula based on clinical experience and guidelines.

You will collaborate with KOLs, proctors, and the Sales team to drive growth, provide ongoing education, and validate software/hardware updates in the field, contributing to patient outcomes and device knowledge across

Qualifications

• 3 years of medical device and/or clinical experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field; training/education experience advantageous.
• Advanced English preferred.
• Previous experience in hemodynamics required.
• Strong MS Office skills and good communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support procedures in hospitals ensuring safety, efficacy and compliant product usage.
• Certify centers, physicians and staff per EW SOPs.
• Interact with KOLs and proctors; educate on device handling and techniques.
• Develop and improve training curriculum, materials and tools.
• Provide follow-up education and technical support to physicians and staff.
• Plan and implement growth strategies with Sales and Sales Management.
• Upsell in key accounts in collaboration with Business Managers.
• Validate software and hardware updates in the field.
