A Jersey City family is seeking a part-time nanny to care for their 3-month-old son every Thursday from 12:00/1:00 pm until 8:00 pm; however, they can be flexible with the start and end times.

Duties:
Duties include providing general infant care: preparing, feeding, and cleaning bottles, changing diapers, and maintaining Baby’s daily routine/schedule. Proactively identifying developmentally-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors, that will help the child meet developmental milestones. Tidying up after the child. Willingness to help with other household chores and light meal prep once the baby starts solids is a plus, but not mandatory.

Ideal nanny:
The ideal nanny for this home is experienced, gentle, and safety-conscious. They are patient, reliable, responsible, and always present when with the child. Looking for a proactive nanny who will provide Mom and Dad with updates and will follow their directives. The ideal caregiver is professional and able to stay focused on tasks when the parents are home.

About the family:
This 3-month-old is a curious little one! He is also calm, adorable, and sweet. Mom and Dad are down-to-earth, loyal, hardworking, and caring. Mom is an extroverted-introvert and Dad is slightly more outgoing. Even though they are a bit shy and don’t wish to be overly social, these parents are truly hoping to welcome an attentive caregiver who will protect and love their new son and become part of their extended family.
