Job summary

Parpro Technologies, Inc. in Southern California is seeking a Through-Hole Soldering Assembler to support PCB assembly and electro-mechanical work for industrial, medical, aerospace, defense, and automotive projects. This hands-on role focuses on manual soldering to exacting specs.

You will inspect solder joints for wetting, fillet quality, and defects, work with clear instructions, and coordinate with a team. ITAR compliance is required; U.S. persons only.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Strong teamwork and oral/written communication skills.

The Company has an excellent Through-Hole Hand Soldering Assembler opportunity due to exceptional growth over the past two years.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual through-hole soldering of electronic components on PCBs in accordance with specifications and work instructions.
• Inspect own work to ensure solder joint quality, including proper wetting and fillet formation, and verify absence of defects such as cold solder joints, solder bridging, or voids.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronics manufacturing is preferred.
• Good teamwork and effective oral and written communication skills needed.
